Let me pass on to you the ancient and extremely easy recipe for my favorite smoothie... First, freeze all your berries and bananas (sliced) :)
Put a handful of berries (mixed) and about one entire banana in the blender with 300 ml of orange juice approximately.
Blend it and then add about 8 table spoons of yoghurt (or more... Or less, it's up to you)
Add some ice cubes to make it thicker and blend it until you get this beautiful color! Remember that all of your fruit must be frozen!!!
Lola loves it!
