The great thing about this recipe is you cant mess it up!!
First chop up your tomatoes very small, i chpped up one because i was just making a small bowl for myself. If making enough for multiple people i suggest about 4 roma tomatoes.
Next chop up your onion, i like alot but eyeball it according to your taste!!
Chop up fresh cilantro, about three tablespoons full.
I choose to add half a chopped up avacado to mine! I love avacados! But you can skip this step.
Squirt lemon or lime juice in the bowl and add a pinch of salt to taste.
Mix up all ingredients in a bowl and enjoy your healthy snack!!!
