Start by removing the skins from the sausages. Just make a slit down each one and the skin should peel off easily. Put the sausage meat in a large bowl
Add all other ingredients to the bowl
The best way to mix is with your hands. Get in tiger and give the mixture a good squeeze!
After a few minutes the mixture will come together
Roll into balls about the same size as a golf ball. And lay out on trays. If you are freezing any meatballs put them in the freezer now. Once frozen they can be put in plastic food bags
Lightly coat the meatballs in olive oil and cook in the oven at 200°C for 20 minutes
Serve with pasta and tomato sauce. And my garlic bread! Enjoy!!
