The ingredients you need can be measured according to The strength you desire. I like my coffee a bit strong and not too sweet.
So why the cheap coffee? Economic crisis makes you do strange things. However the real reason is, I use this coffee for cooking and So far it's the best. Nice beans!!
Get a heaped... And I mean heaped teaspoon of coffee. And your favourite I love you cup and add the coffee. Add more or less as you please.
If you love your sugar, use brown sugar and add as much as you like. It's better to lay off the sugar but if you insist.. Go for it.
I used 2 sachets which are apparently equivalent to 2 teaspoons. Add it to the coffee granules.
Here's the tricky part. Cream or milk. Well use both. High in fat? Never mind. The coffee will help counter that I'm sure.
Add your cream and milk and stir until some of the coffee dissolves. Obviously it's not all going to dissolve.
Microwave it for no more than 20-25 seconds Depending on your microwave power. If you burn the coffee, you will tell me that it's by far the worst coffee in the world!! Don't burn it please!
You can add this before microwaving or after. I like to do it after but it's absolutely your choice. Same as the rum extract
Nice isn't it!!
A little secret ingredient. Turn your coffee into an Irish sensation by adding just 2 drops into the coffee. Please do this before you add hot water.
Add hot water. Stir like crazy without spilling it or causing a coffee tsunami and sit back and enjoy a creamy, somewhat frothy coffee with one of the biscuits you made from my previous guide.
Well there's no froth but the coffee was amazing. Would love to hear your methods of making coffee or if there's another way let me know. Creamy coffee is my favourite.
Remember the dumplings. Well as promised this week I'll upload the dumpling recipe. Follow me for fusion food, experimental and worldly cuisine. Cheers Michael Nicolas.
