How to Make Amazing Chicken Salad W/ Walnuts and Grapes

by World Seasonings

My wife and I found this awesome store called the Country Butcher in Kennett Square, PA. It's a fantastic store and they had this chicken salad for sale and it was AMAZING! This is our version. Enjoy!

Supplies

  • 4 ½ Teaspoons French Made Easy seasoning blend
  • 3 Chicken breats, boiled and shredded
  • 2 Green onions, diced
  • 1 ½ Tablespoons Honey
  • ¾ Cups Walnuts, chopped
  • ¾ Cups Greek yogurt
  • ½ Cups Hellmans mayo
  • 1 Seedless red grapes, cut in quarters
  • Instructions

    Step 1

Everything you need. You can get the French Made Easy seasoning blend at www.worldseasonings.com. If you use the code "snapguide" you will save 20%. Go there to view other recipes too.

    Step 2

Grab a pot large enough to hold the chicken and enough water to cover them completely. Add 3 teaspoons of French Made Easy to the water to add lots of flavor to the chicken when it cooks.

    Step 3

If you used chicken breast with the bones still on, cook for about 30 minutes. If using boneless chicken cook for 15-20 minutes. Strain the water and let the chicken cool to touch, then pull apart.

    Step 4

    Dice your green onions.

    Step 5

Cut your grapes into quarters. You can cut in half if short in time, but I like the smaller pieces when eating this salad.

    Step 6

Add all ingredients to a large bowl. Add the last 1.5 teaspoons of French Made Easy.

    Step 7

Add the yogurt, mayo and honey then mix well. You can eat right away or chill it for a couple hours to let the flavors release and intensify. Serve on lettuce or eat as a sandwich. Eitherway, enjoy!
