How to Make Amazing and Original Peruvian Ceviche <3

Supplies

  • 2 ½ Cups Lime juice
  • 2 Fresh tilapia fillets
  • ⅓ Bunches Cilantro
  • 3 Chopped cloves of garlic
  • 3 Tablespoons Salt
  • 1 Chopped Serrano chili
  • 1 Chopped shallot
  • 1 Pinch of black pepper
  • 1 Yam
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Chopped/cubes raw fish, finely chopped garlic, and sliced onions

    Step 2

    Rough chopped cilantro

    Step 3

    Finely chopped Serrano chili

    Step 4

    Put together before the lime juice, add the salt and pepper

    Step 5

    Cut in half and squeeze the lime juice into the platter so the fish is barely drowning in it

    Step 6

    Boiled and cooled yams on the side (just for preference ) and let the ceviche soak in the fridge for an hour so the flavor sets in

    Step 7

    Serve with some white rice and with the yam on the Side and enjoy!!! 😉
