How to Make Almond Crunch Pretzel Bites

These are very very tasty and all tho it takes time it is totally worth it


  • 3 Cups Flour
  • 1 Cup Self-rising flour
  • 1 ½ Cups Warm water
  • Brow Sugar
  • White Sugar
  • 1 Pack Dry Yeast
  • 4 Tablespoons Butter
  • 3 Tablespoons Baking Soda
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey
  • 1 Cup Chopped almonds
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    This is what you'll need.... I forgot to put the butter in the pic

    Step 2

    Mix the 1 1/2 cup of warm water with 2 tbs of brow sugar

    Step 3

    Add the yeast

    Step 4

    Add a teaspoon of salt and mix. Let it rest for a few minutes

    Step 5

    Then add 3 cups of four and 1 cup of self-rising flour and mix

    Step 6

    Knead dough until it doesn't stick to your fingers

    Step 7

    Put it in a bowl, cover it with a damp cloth and let it rise somewhere warm for about an hour until it doubles in size

    Step 8

    Meanwhile chop the almonds

    Step 9

    And preheat the oven to 450 F

    Step 10

    Melt 4 tbs of butter and add a tbs of honey

    Step 11

    Add 1 tbs of brow sugar and mix

    Step 12

    On another bowl mix 2 tbs of brown sugar and 2 of white sugar

    Step 13

    And add the sugar mix to the almonds

    Step 14

    When the dough is ready roll it in to rolls :) and submerge them in a mix of 2 cups of warm water and 3 tbs of baking soda

    Step 15

    Put them in the tray

    Step 16

    And drizzle some of the butter mixture on them

    Step 17

    Then sprinkle the almond mix on top

    Step 18

    Bake them for 8 min

    Step 19

    When they're done cut them in to bite size pieces

    Step 20

    And they are done!!!!!!
