This is all you need.
Preheat oven to 300°. Lay 2 cups Unblanched Raw Almonds on UNgreased baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes. Let almonds cool completely before going to the next step.
Grind at the highest setting for 2, 3 minutes. Then scrape crumbs down edges of the processor. Grind at highest setting for 5 minutes.
And there you have it! The oil in almonds eventually release on its own, turning it into butter.
Put in jar, close tightly. Put in fridge when not using. Good for up to a month. Enjoy!
