Gather your almonds.
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
Roast your almonds on a shallow baking sheet for 10-12 minutes, or until they lightly brown and have a nutty aroma.
Place your almonds in a food processor.
Process on high speed.
Scrape down sides as needed.
