Cut your squash into medium sized pieces, that way they won't fall apart while they're in the soup cooking

I then cut those pieces in an angle so they can be more easier to eat.

While you're cutting your veggies; check up on your tomatoes. Push them down that way they can cook evenly.

By now your tomatoes onion and garlic should be done cooking down. Add them to your blender. As you can see they're cooked down pretty well.

Once you let it boil add bay leaf and water into  your pot and fill it about 2/3 or so and stir

Take out meat and start rolling into small/medium sized balls. Like so

And add into soup. Be careful though, try not to just toss them in there, you may get burned if you do so.

After 15 minutes or so(depending on the size of your meat balls) they will rise to the top like this

And stir and cover. If your soup has some fat, like mine does on top, just skim it off and toss away.
