Gather your supplies
Wash your peppers and tomatoes
Slice your tomatoes, peppers, onion and harbaneros and place in blender and add small amount of water.
Blend the vegetables on high til purée
Add tomato paste
Place your meat into a covered pot
Add onion, adobo and bouillon to meat.
Add water, stir and cover. Cook over medium heat.
Meat should be steamed til done approximately 20-30 min
Add vegetable oil to pot
Heat oil and add chopped onion
Cook til slightly brown
Add puréed tomato mixture to hot oil
Cook stirring often on medium high heat for 20 minutes
Add water as needed for desired thickness, when meat is done add juices to stew and cook another 10 min til it looks orange in color.
Add meat to stew
Serve over rice with fried plantain
