How to Make a Yummy Breakfast Protein Smoothie

Perfect smoothie to repair the body after a morning workout

Supplies

  • 1 Scoop Protein powder
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Bunch Cherries (I used 5-6) pitted
  • 3 Ice cubes
  • 1 ½ Cups Low fat milk
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Gather fresh ingredients

    Step 2

    Add protein (mine is choc fudge flavour), a whole banana, pitted cherries and ice cubes to blender

    Step 3

    Add milk to blender

    Step 4

    Start blending! :)

    Step 5

    The longer you blend the mixture, the thicker it becomes so blend to desired consistency.

    Step 6

    Enjoy! :)

    I often make this smoothie after my morning run on the treadmill. It keeps me full until late morning PLUS it's super yummy :)
