How to Make a Very Healthy and Yummy Green Smoothie

A really delicious and nutritious smoothie!!!! 😍😍😍😍

Supplies

  • Baby spinach
  • Kale
  • Almonds
  • 1 Banana
  • Grapes
  • 1 Apple
  • 1 Blender
  • 1 ¾ Cups Water
  • Ice
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Get out your blender. I use a Vitamix.

    Step 2

    Pour in water.

    Step 3

    Add 7-10 grapes.

    Step 4

    Add about 1/2 of a banana

    Step 5

    Cut up and add the apple.

    Step 6

    Add a decent amount of kale.

    Step 7

    Add lots of baby spinach.

    Step 8

    Put in a handful of almonds.

    Step 9

    Finally add a handful of ice

    Step 10

    Blend!!!

    Step 11

    Pour and enjoy
