First, combine 1 cup of milk, 1/3 cup of plain yogourt, 2 tablespoons of maple syrup ( or honey, if you don't have maple syrup ) with a dash of vanilla extract
Mix it with a spoon so the maple syrup doesn't stay in the bottom
Set aside half of the mixture in another glass
Choose two kinds of fruit. You should choose 2 fruits with different colors so the difference can be noticed
There goes 3/4 cup of rasberries !
With a handmixer, MIX !
Equally pour the rasberry smoothie in 3 glasses. It should fill half of each glass
Take the milk/yogourt mixture that you had aside. Pour the glass for the handmixer
Here goes 3/4 cup of blueberries !
Mix it up!!!!
If you like your smoothie thick and healthy add half of a banana 🍌
Fill the rest of the glasses with the blueberry smoothie
