This is a variation I did on "Sorted Food"s turkey meatball tray bake. It uses some different veggies and a few different spices, but tastes equally amazing I'm sure...give it a try!

Add the egg, a clove of garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and sage. I also added a little coriander...because I felt like it....!

Mash all of that together until well mixed, and then form into ~golf ball sized balls (keep size uniform so they cook at the same speed)... Feel free to add your favorite spices.

After 20 minutes take your veggies out of the oven and just set the meatballs down on top, making sure they don't touch each other. Pop it back into the oven for 20 more minutes on 375 F.

In the meantime, lets make our sauce. Add the mayonnaise, yogurt, dill, salt, pepper,dijon mustard, and a splash of milk to a blender. Blend for a few seconds until well mixed.
