Add water to a pan
Put the pan on the heat
Cut some potatoes into smaller pieces (you can peel them if you want) and leave in the pan for 10 minutes
Place your chicken breast in tin foil (no need to cover the top) so that the chicken retains its juices and leave it for 4 minutes
After four minutes or so, add your veg, I use carrots, they take about 6 minutes. At this point you can really leave it as long as you need, as, with chicken, better safe than sorry
Et voila, tasty, healthy meal in 20 minutes. For added health use cous cous not potatoes and/or other veg. Time may vary depending on the heat of your stove. You can use sauces to add flavour.
