First chop the 2 slices if bacon into 1/2 inch strips.
Next add these strips to a small pan at medium to low heat. Add Crust Red Pepper and Pepper. As it's cooking, stir every so often until the bacon is fully cooked. Then drain and place on a napkin.
Shred the 2 different types of cheese and mix them together. I like to place the cheese next to the bacon, so the ingredients are close by.
In a larger pan, set the heat to medium high, and mix the 2 large white eggs together. Add the Salt while you are mixing the eggs. Then pour the eggs into the pan. Try to cover the entire pan.
As the eggs cook, the surface will become less liquidy. Once the entire surface is "dry" looking, flip the egg over and add the cheese and bacon evenly. Then fold the egg on top of itself.
Next cut the crescent shaped egg in half and place both halves on toast and serve. Enjoy!
