This is how you open up the coconut. First, cut off the first layer.
Then hit it reasonably hard with your knife making a square on top of the coconut. Once the layer cracks, slide the knife in, lift and open.
Cut all the vegetables, be careful with the Pomegranate As this can be quite messy. I would still recommend using it because this is full of vitamins and antioxidants!!!!
Once everything is in including the supplements, blend for 1-3 minutes.
