Seed and slice up the peppers.
Remove the membranes. Them and the seeds are the hot parts. They also add a odd flavor when dehydrated.
Lay slices in a single layer on your dehydrator. Set to 130 degrees. And go until they are dry. Took 2 days here. We have high humidity.

Throw in a blender or food processor. Blender is better.
Just be sure to let the dust settle before you open the lid. If not, you will mace yourself.
This has tons of great flavor. Just keep an eye out for when the peppers go on sale. Buy in bulk. Give extras out as gifts.
