Dice the tomatoes.
Chop the flat parsley (or cilantro).
Add the canned tomatoes (roughly chopped).
Add diced onion.
Add chopped garlic and chili fruit. Stir and add olive oil and vinegar to your liking. Finally add salt.
You're done! Allowing it to rest a while will enhance the flavors.
Serve the salsa to nachos or tacos or as here to flank steak fajitas (separate guide on its way).
