How to Make a Simple (But Delicious) Kale Salad

Tasty, filling and easy to prepare, this kale salad is perfect for dinner and lunch.

Supplies

  • 1 Bunch Kale
  • ½ Yellow bell pepper
  • ½ Red bell pepper
  • ¼ Cups Parmesan cheese
  • Crushed black pepper
  • ½ Cups Newman's Own Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Thoroughly wash your kale and allow it to dry.

    Step 2

    While kale is drying, cut red and yellow bell peppers into small squares (in the image above, the red bell pepper is finished).

    Step 3

    Tear kale into bite-sized pieces and place it into a large bowl.

    Step 4

    Add 1/2 cup Newman's Own Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing. Toss until kale is totally coated.

    Step 5

    Add 1/4 cup parmesan. Continue to toss the kale, adding ground black pepper to taste.

    Step 6

    Sprinkle your red and yellow bell pepper on top! Enjoy!
