I couldn't find cute skewers so I made some. Cut these in half and keep the end with the point
Take top off glitter glue and dip dull end in. Wait for glue to dry
While glue dries put ingredients in bowls, rinse artichoke hearts to get rid of metallic taste
This step is optional since the sausage is cooked, I put a nice crisp on mine, a few minutes in a pan on high heat.
Now the fun part, assembling the skewers, I did basil the roasted tomato the artichoke heart then roasted reds and finished with sausage. You do it how you like
