How to Make a Raw Candy Bar

Cookie base, caramel topped with peanuts and chocolate spread! Yum! Best part is it's easy, delicious and no bake! Recipe by Rawvana on YouTube.

Supplies

  • ¾ Cups Coconut flour
  • 1 ½ Cups Cashews
  • 1 Cup Dates
  • 1 Tablespoon Peanut butter
  • 2 Cups Dates
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla paste
  • ¼ Cups Coconut water
  • 2 Tablespoons Cacao powder
  • ½ Cups Coconut water
  • ½ Cups Dates
  • 1 Tablespoon Agave nectar
  • Parchment paper
  • 8x8 baking pan
  • Food processor
  • Blender
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Coconut flour, cashews and dates into the food processor pulse till combined.

    Step 2

    Cookie base

    Step 3

    Press cookie mixture into pan

    Step 4

    Put in freezer for 30 mins

    Step 5

    Next blend dates, coconut water, vanilla paste and peanut butter.

    Step 6

    Spread caramel layer on cookie base and put into freezer

    Step 7

    To get to be smoother than mine just add coconut water. I forgot to add coconut water and it almost ruined my blender lol

    Next get chocolate spread ingredient ready

    Dates, cacao powder, coconut water and agave nectar

    Step 10

    Add peanuts into the caramel later then drizzle with the chocolate spread. Then put into the freezer for 1-2 hours.
