    Step 1

We’re all familiar with the morning scramble, aren’t we? You know, that constant compromise between getting everything — and everyone — ready to go and hitting that snooze button *one* more time?

    Step 2

Well, with the help of OXO, we may have found a solution: a quick morning routine that will have you and your family dressed, fed and out the door while getting a touch more beauty rest, too.

    Step 3

Key to this routine are OXO’s super smart On Barista Brain 9-Cup Coffee Maker and Conical Burr Grinder, two machines that will make the day’s first cup a cinch to brew without compromising quality.

    Step 4

The 9-Cup Coffee Maker takes the guesswork out of preparing your coffee by regulating time, temperature and volume.

    Step 5

The Conical Burr Grinder’s built-in digital scale will measure the precise amount of coffee grounds needed, every time — all you need to do is push a button.

    Step 6

The Conical Burr Grinder is very intuitive — simply pour beans into the hopper, set the number of cups, adjust the grind size and strength to your preference and press the button.

    Step 7

Moments later, the exact amount of ground coffee you want is weighed and ready to go.

    Step 8

Then, you pour the grounds into the coffee maker and add water.

    Step 9

Next, you select the number of cups you want to brew and press the button.

    Step 10

As you continue to get ready, the water is transported to the brew basket in measured cycles, including a pre-soak cycle so the coffee grounds can bloom.

    Step 11

Minutes later, you have a pot of perfect coffee.

    Step 12

Next up, the ever-trendy overnight chia seed oatmeal. There are tons of variations of this, but we went with a favorite combo of raspberries and vanilla.

    Step 13

Add your oatmeal to a sealable glass container. We used OXO’s leakproof SNAP Glass Food Storage containers.

    Step 14

    Then, add your chia seeds.

    Step 15

    Next, add vanilla extract.

    Step 16

    Then, add your yogurt.

    Step 17

    Add your raspberry jam.

    Step 18

    Add milk.

    Step 19

    Stir together to combine.

    Step 20

Finish your oatmeal off with a few fresh raspberries.

    Step 21

Seal your container and let it sit in your fridge overnight.

    Step 22

In the morning, enjoy your cup of perfect coffee and delicious overnight oatmeal!
