How to Make a Pumpkin Soup

Best soup to keep warm and a Halloween treat


  • 1 Pumpkin
  • 1 onion
  • Veg stock
  • Tsp of cumin
  • Salt and pepper
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Cut into quarters and take the seed out .

    Step 2

    Peal your pumpkin (with a knife) better

    Step 3

    Chop your pumpkin and put in a big pan.

    Step 4

    Chop your onion into quarters.

    Step 5

    Make up 700 ml of stock a add to the pan and put on high heat.

    Step 6

    Then bring to the boil and simmer for 10 mins with lid on.

    Step 7

    Take off the heat if the pumpkin is soft and let it cool for a bit.

    Step 8

    Blend your soup add salt and pepper if you want to.
