Gather supplies. :)
Add milk :D I chose light vanilla soy milk! You could always use skim milk, almond milk, rice milk, or any other kind of milk!
Next add the fruit. Here I used frozen fruit. It will thicken up your shake. Another way to thicken the shake is to add bananas! If you don't have either, ice works as well :D
Lastly, add the protein powder. There are tons of different brands, types of protein and flavours available. Add 1 scoop. ( one serving )
Just in case: if your protein powder did not come with a serving size or pre-measured scoop add from 1/4 cup to 1/2 cup to shake. :)
Push your hand mixer as far down into the cup as you can and start blending. It might take some up and down motions if you have frozen fruit or ice. Mix until desired consistency is reached. Enjoy! :)
