Gather supplies. For my butter I make a homemade Italian herb butter. It's just butter and olive oil mixed with Italian seasonings, Parmesan cheese, garlic and salt.
Butter one side of your tortilla shell. If you don't have a flavored butter then just butter the side and sprinkle the seasonings on the butter.
Layer your cheese and toppings. I only covered half the shell since I'm folding it in half.
Add more cheese on top of your toppings to help glue them in place.
Fold in half and begin cooking. Cook only until the cheese melts and the shell begins to brown.
Cut in half and serve.
Add a side of pasta sauce for dipping or eat as is. Perfect for a school or office lunch.
