Gather the materials. I purchased these items at my local Michael's craft store
Here is the plastic ornament I used. This is the standard size. They had smaller ones as well as larger ones. Use what you like.👍
This is the fun part I took my sons hand and painted it with acrylic paint. I used a nice red color. I pressed it firmly on the ornament and allowed it to dry.
After the paint dried, I personalized it by writing my sons age and year using a permanent marker.
I gathered some Epsom salt and added a handful inside my ornament👌Epsom salt looks just like snow, it's so cute☺️
I took a 4x6 photo and traced an outline of the picture using the ball, this was challenging but I did it👏👏
I than rolled up the pic and inserted it in the ornament and adjusted it with my fingers.
This part was a little difficult. I inserted my little finger to adjust the pic. It was hard but the end result was beautiful. Using a tweezer would be ideal, but I had none 😞😞
I got the picture exactly how I wanted it yayyy👏👏👏👏🙌🙌
I finished by putting the top and adding a cute little bow
Here is the beautiful result. I do this every year for my baby. It reminds me how big he is getting, plus it's a beautiful keepsake.
