For this one you'll need plain, non-fat yogurt, peanut butter, honey, a banana, a little bit of orange juice, a whole wheat tortilla, and some cinnamon (optional).

In a small bowl, mix equal parts yogurt and peanut butter. Add about half as much honey. For this batch I used about 3 tablespoons each of peanut butter and yogurt and about 2 tablespoons of honey.

The results should be creamy and easily spreadable (and delicious!).

Next, slice the banana into another small bowl and splash a little orange juice on top. I used about 2 teaspoons here. Stir to coat the banana.

Spread the peanut butter mixture onto the tortilla. Be sure to leave some room around the edge - it will probably squish out later if you don't!

Place the banana slices on top of the peanut butter mixture. This is where you can sprinkle some cinnamon on top of the banana if you like.

Then just gently roll up your tortilla and slice it in half for easy eating!
