Fold the top left or right corner diagonally down as far as it will go to the opposite edge of the paper to make a triangle.
Fold the bottom strip up and crease.
Tear or cut the long strip.
Open the paper and you should have a square paper.
Position the triangle with the long side at the bottom.
From left to right, label the corners of the triangle A, B, C.
Fold point C to the edge of AB so that the top edge of the fold is parallel to the base of the original triangle. You should see three triangles.
Label the bottom point of the new triangle D. From left to right, label the top two corners of the triangle E, F.
Fold A to point F. You should now see four triangles. If not, go back two steps.
Fold a single layer of side B down in front as far as it will go.
Turn the entire folded paper over and lay it face down.
Fold the second layer of flap B down.
If you have completed the steps correctly, you should have a cup!
This cup can be filled with healthy snacks such as popcorn, cereal, or sugar-free candy.
