How to Make a Moist 3 Ingredient Pumpkin Spice Bundt Cake

Quick and easy cake, perfect for fall!

Supplies

  • 1 Box Spice Cake Mix
  • 1 15 oz. can of Pumpkin
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract (optional)
  • 1 Bundt Pan
  • 1 Baker's Joy or nonstick baking spray
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Gather ingredients. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

    Step 2

    Spray Bundt pan with nonstick spray and set aside.

    Step 3

    Place ingredients in a bowl. I used my stand mixer but you can use a hand mixer or a wooden spoon.

    Step 4

    Mix ingredients well. Mix at medium speed. Stand mixer - 3 minutes Hand mixer - 5 minutes By hand - 7-10 minutes.

    Step 5

    Pour mixture into Bundt Pan and place in preheated oven and bake for 40-45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in comes out clean.

    Step 6

    Let cool in pan ten minutes and done! For a little eye candy, sprinkle powdered sugar on top.

    Step 7

    Cream cheese glaze is popular on this cake. If you want a simple glaze. Buy store bought cream cheese frosting in a tub, microwave it for 20-30 seconds and pour on cake.
