How to Make a Master Cleanse Lemonade Cocktail

Need to lose some weight, why not try this Cleanse recipe. It is healthy and it works wonders with weight loss.

Supplies

  • 8 cups of Filtered Water
  • 1 cup Organic Grade B Maple Syrup
  • 1 cup Organic Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Gather up the supplies needed.

    Step 2

    Squeeze Lemons! It took 6 lemons for me to make 1 cup.

    Step 3

    I added 4 cups Filtered Water then the 1 cup of Lemon Juice (I strained the seeds out before hand) , 1/2 teaspoon Cheyenne Pepper, 1 cup Grade B Maple Syrup, then the last 4 cups of water. Stir well.

    Step 4

    Chill and enjoy through the day. This pitcher of Lemonade is to be drank over a one day period. You are able to drink this with no food to loose weight. Try it for a week❤️
