Mix for 2 mn in a bowl
3 drops of vanilla extract
1 lemon peel.
Add 100g of powdered sugar and mix for 7mn till get whiten soft and smooth
Put 120g of flour into mix by dividing 4 times and mix gently each time
Finally stir120g of melted butter (room temperature)and mix well
Pour batter into "madeleine biscuit" pan in small qtt.
Bake for 10mn at a temperature 180*C
Let cool before removing then sprinkle with powdered sugar. Bon appétit
