How to Make a Kale Chips & Lemon Yogurt Dip

Crispy and garlic kale served with a lemon yogurt dip.


  • 1 Pounds Kale
  • 1 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • ΒΌ Cups Extra-virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 Cups Garlic Cloves
  • 2 Tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 Teaspoon Lemon Zest
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Gather all ingredients.

    Step 2

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

    Step 3

    Measure all ingredients.

    Step 4

    Drizzle 1 tbsp of olive oil over the kale.

    Step 5

    Toss the kale and olive oil with half of the garlic.

    Step 6

    Spread kale evenly onto 2 baking sheets.

    Step 7

    Combine yogurt, lemon zest, lemon juice, and the remaining garlic and olive oil.

    Step 8

    Place kale into oven for 15 minutes.

    Step 9

    Whisk all the ingredients in the bowl together.

    Step 10

    Once kale is crispy, remove from over and season with salt and pepper.

    Step 11

    Enjoy the kale with the lemon yogurt dipping sauce.
