Here are the ingredients you will need.
Start by boiling the water. Set the temperature on high.
Take about eight strawberries. The amount of strawberries depends on how many people you are serving. Remember to save at least one full strawberry for after (per cup). Rinse them so they are clean.
Your water should still be boiling. After your strawberries are clean, cut off the top green stem. Do this to all of your strawberries.
Then slice the strawberries into four different parts. Do not cut the whole strawberries you will need to use to decorate each of the final Jell-o cups.
Pour your Strawberry Jell-o packet(s) into a bowl.
Pour one cup of the boiling water into the bowl with the mix (one cup of boiling water per one Jello packet). Stir until all the mix has dissolved.
Pour a 1/2 cup of cold water into the bowl, then mix.
Pour the gelatin mixture until it fills 1/3 of the clear cup. Repeat this step for as many cups you have.
Tilt the cup in a cupcake pan. This is so it hardens in a slanted position.
Place the cupcake pan into the refrigerator.
Set your timer for 45 minutes.
Have your sliced strawberries ready after the 45 minutes are over.
After the 45 minutes, place the strawberries on top of the gelatin. Let the gelatin sit in the refrigerator for at least another 4 hours.
Once the gelatin sets, fill up the rest of the space in the clear cup with whipped cream.
It will end up looking like this.
To top it off, place a full strawberry on top. Enjoy!
