How to Make a Healthy Smoothie

Supplies

  • ½ Cups Milk
  • ½ Cups Protein powder
  • 1 Banana
  • 6 Frozen strawberries
  • 4 Stevia french vanilla drops
  • 1 Tablespoon Chia seeds
  • 1 Magic bullet/ blender
  • Spinach
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Gather supplies(i forgot to put spinach in the picture)

    Step 2

    Pour milk into blender

    Step 3

    Add as much spinnach as you like(if any)

    Step 4

    Add strawberies

    Step 5

    Add banana

    Step 6

    Add protein powder

    Step 7

    Add Chia seeds

    Step 8

    Add stevia drops. I use four but you can use more or less depending on how sweet you want it

    Step 9

    Blend everything together

    Step 10

    Pour into cup

    Step 11

    Enjoy :)

    You can also add other berries/ fruits depending on what you like
