Ingredients. 500g of flour, 280g of water, 20g of oil, 2 tsp of salt, 30g of fresh yeast
Method. Place the water yeast, oil and salt into the bowl. Then mix for five seconds on speed 3. Add the flower. Mix for six seconds on speed 8. Mix everything for two minutes
Continuation on method. Put dough into another bowl and let it rise. Break dough into four balls and let it rise again for 15 minutes. Add your toppings, bake for 200°C to 220°C for about 15 minutes
