How to Make a Healthy Lemon Pepper Salmon and Salad

Make a simple healthy lemon and pepper salmon and salad.

Supplies

  • 4 ½ Tablespoons Lemon/ Lime juice
  • 4 ½ Tablespoons Olive oil
  • 3 Pinches Black pepper
  • 2 Pinches Salt
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 8 Mushroom
  • 1 Bunch Basic garden salad (lettuce, rocket, etc.)
  • 1 Salmon fillet
  • 1 Cucumber
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Wash your vegetables

    Step 2

    Chop your vegetables into smaller proportions

    Step 3

    To make it easier to get the juice from the lemon/lime, roll it firmly against a hard surface

    Step 4

    Cut the lemon in half and then squeeze the lemon juice into a separate bowl

    Step 5

    Next, pour roughly 2 tablespoons of olive oil into the lime juice

    Step 6

    Mix the olive oil and the lime juice together

    Step 7

    Add a small amount of grounded pepper and salt

    Step 8

    Pour dressing (olive oil and lime) into salad and mix

    Step 9

    Make the same salad dressing but this time with 2 more table spoons of olive oil, an extra half of lime and a few more pinches of pepper and salt

    Cut salmon into smaller parts if needed to

    Step 11

    Debone the salmon if necessary

    Step 12

    Spread the sauce onto the salmon fillet in a bowl and make sure to coat the whole salmon fillet

    Step 13

    Pre-heat frying pan with a medium fire and pour a small amount of oil onto pan

    Step 14

    Spread the oil around the pan, keep in mind that salmon is already a fish that contains a lot of oil

    Step 15

    Place the salmon fillet onto the pan and turn the heat up a little more

    Step 16

    Let the salmon cook on a high flame and flip it after a few minutes over and over again. Add more sauce and pepper on each side for extra taste.

    Then dinner is served
