How to Make a Healthy Dessert

An easy 10 calorie dessert for late night sugar cravings

Supplies

  • Green grapes
  • Low-fat greek yogurt
  • Almonds and pistachios
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Dip each grape in greek yogurt, then in almonds and pistachios

    Step 2

    Just coarsely grind your nuts

    Step 3

    You can also try them with shredded coconut, flax seed or chia seeds

    Step 4

    Line them on a tray and freeze. Once ready put them in a ziploc bag.
