How to Make a Healthy Cucumber Snack

Supplies

  • 4 Cucumbers
  • ½ Avocado
  • ½ Cups Spinach
  • ⅓ Sliced cherry tomatoes
  • 8 Sliced turkey
  • Sriracha
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Toothpicks
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Peel and cut cucumbers in half.

    Step 2

    Scoop out the inside of cucumbers.

    Step 3

    Mash avocado, pepper and salt together. You could add a little lemon as well.

    Step 4

    Assemble your snacks. Spread avocado mixture on cucumber then add tomatoes, spinach ....

    Step 5

    Couple drops of sriracha, turkey and place other half of cucumber and secure with a toothpick. Cut them up or eat whole.

    Step 6

    These were a hit for Super Bowl.
