How to Make a Healthy Cherry and Apple Juice Smoothie

This smoothie is full of great flavors and yet is still very nutritious! If you try it, let me know what you think! I'm sure you will love it like I do! (This is my go-to smoothie👌)

Supplies

  • ½ Cups Frozen sweet cherries
  • ¼ Cups Milk
  • ¼ Cups Apple juice
  • ¼ Cups Cherry juice
  • 1 ½ Cups Ice
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey
  • ½ Teaspoons Truvia (or normal sugar)
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Gather all the ingredients

    Step 2

    For the cherry juice, I used tart cherry juice to even out the sweetness of the other ingredients. It's also much healthier👌😋 but I'm sure normal cherry juice would work as well

    Step 3

    Now put 1 1/2 cups ice, 1/4 cup apple juice, 1/4 cup cherry juice, 1/4 cup milk, 1/2 cup sweet cherries, 1 tablespoon honey, and 1/2 teaspoon truvia in the blender
