Here is a preview of all of your ingredients!
First you just need any cup to put your ingredients in
Get your 1 cup of fruit. I like to use frozen berries but you can use fresh
Put the berries or whatever fruit you have in your cup
Then get 1 cup of milk
Put the milk in the cup too
Then take about a tablespoon of almond butter or just peanut butter
Now put whatever you choose in too
Take about a teaspoon of chia seeds
Pour the chia seeds in the cup too. Chia seeds include great fiber!
Then just take a regular bottle of cinnamon
Pour just a little in because cinnamon is very strong so you don't want to have to much of it
Next take a little pinch of dried coconut flakes
Put the coconut flakes in too
Since I have a nutri-bullet the way I mix it could be different from yours. If you have a regular blender you can do the same thing with the ingredients too
Then I put it on the blender
Here is what it looks like as it blends
Then you have your yummy, nutritious smoothie!
You can pour it in a nice glass too :)
