How to Make a Healthy Alternative to Oatmeal Cookies

  • 1 Cup Dry oatmeal
  • ⅔ Cups Toasted coconut flakes
  • ½ Cups Peanut butter
  • ½ Cups Ground flax seed (instead of flour)
  • ½ Cups Chocolate chips
  • ⅓ Cups Agave nectar (instead of brown sugar)
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Add all the ingredients in the recipe to a bowl.

    Step 2

    Mix all the ingredients together.

    Step 3

    After it is mixed, roll the mixture up.

    Step 4

    Store in an airtight container and refrigerate. Along with oatmeal cookies, these can be a healthier alternative for granola or energy bars (like Clif Bars).
