How to Make a Healthy Almond Butter Apple Wrap

  • 1 Tablespoon Almond Butter
  • ½ Apple
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    I used these delicious Coconut Wraps (they roll up really well and taste great), but any wrap works!

    Step 2

    Spread 1 TBS of Almond Butter to one side of the wrap.

    Step 4

    Cut off 1/2 of an apple and slice it into thin half moon shaped pieces.

    Step 5

    Place the sliced apples on top of the almond butter at one end of the wrap.

    Step 6

    Here's where the magic happens! Roll it up & enjoy!!

    Coconut Wrap: 60 calories, 1 TBS Almond Butter: 90 calories, 1/2 an Apple: approx. 25 calories, Total Calories: 175 calories

    Step 8

    This is a great breakfast, snack, or lunch! Add a drizzle of honey for extra sweetness!
