How to Make a Healthy 3 Ingredient Energizing Smoothie

Pre-workout energy booster made quick!

Supplies

  • 3 Cups Frozen fruit (bananas, strawberries, raspberries)
  • 2 Cups Apple juice
  • 3 Tablespoons Vanilla yogurt
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Tools: blender and tablespoon, (measuring cup/jug)

    Step 2

    Ingredients: Apple juice, mixed frozen fruit (bananas, raspberries and strawberries), vanilla yoghurt

    Step 3

    Add all Ingredients in a blender (I use a smoothie twister)

    Step 4

    Mix until everything is combined into a smooth mix

    Step 5
