Add oats. The oatmeal I used was an instant microwavable package, original flavored. Before i used it I soaked it in water as if I was going to make it in the microwave for breakfast.

One of the strawberries didn't blend so make sure when you make your smoothie the strawberries are thawed and cut and blended well ;)
