How to Make a Guilt-Free, Tastebud-Satisfying Smoothie

This green smoothie is both tasty and healthy and can be good for breakfast or even a healthy snack! This recipe can fill two smaller cups or one large cup.

Supplies

  • 1 Banana
  • ½ Cups Frozen peach slices
  • ½ Cups Frozen mango chunks
  • ½ Cups Fresh Kale
  • ½ Cups Water
  • ½ Cups Apple Juice
  • ½ Tablespoons Peanut Butter
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Purchase all of the ingredients for your smoothie

    Step 2

    Make sure you also have access to a blender and measuring cups

    Step 3

    Measure out 1/2 cup of peach slices and add them to the blender

    Step 4

    Measure out 1/2 cup of mango chunks and add them to the blender

    Step 5

    Add the banana to the blender

    Step 6

    Measure out 1/2 cup of kale and add it to the blender. Make sure the fresh kale has been washed!

    Step 7

    Measure out 1/2 tbsp of peanut butter and add it to the blender

    Step 8

    Measure out 1/2 cup of apple juice and add it to the blender

    Step 9

    Measure out 1/2 cup of water and add it to the blender

    Step 10

    Begin blending your smoothie!

    Step 11

    Continue blending until all of the ingredients are completely blended and the smoothie is a light green color

    Step 12

    Pour into a cup and enjoy! Makes two servings
