How to Make a Green Detox Breakfast Smoothie

5-ingredient green detox smoothie

Supplies

  • 1 Handful spinach
  • 200 Milliliters Apple juice
  • 200 Milliliters Grains/oatmeal/cereal
  • 1 Frozen banana
  • 2 Tablespoons Passion fruit quark
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Ingredients: spinach, bag of frozen banana, passion fruit quark, apple juice, breakfast cereal.

    Step 2

    Tools: measuring jug, blender (I use a smoothie twister from OBH Nordica), tablespoon

    Step 3

    Put all ingredients in the blending cup.

    Step 4

    Place the cup on the blender

    Step 5

    Blend on full speed until smooth

    Step 6

    Enjoy😋 (can be made the night before, but the cup/bottle you use needs a firm lid on top to keep the smoothie fresh)
