How to Make a Fruit/greens Smoothie

Delicious easy to make smoothie!

Supplies

  • All fruits, greens, and fruit juices you can find
  • A blender
  • Water
  • Yogurt-regular or flavored
  • Sugar/honey
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Gather your ingredients

    Step 2

    Put all of the fruit and greens into the blender. Usually I like it with strawberries and blueberries, but I don't have any right now!

    Step 3

    Fill water up a little less than 1/3 of the way

    Step 4

    Add about 3 1/2 tablespoons of yogurt

    Step 5

    Get your juices

    Step 6

    Pour them in (at the same time if possible) until there is only about 1 1/2 inches left of "air"

    Step 7

    Put in 1/2 a teaspoon of sugar

    Step 8

    Add 2 1/2 tablespoons of honey

    Step 9

    Blend!

    Step 10

    After probably 30 seconds, it will look pinkish-if you have red fruit in there (ex. Strawberries, raspberries)

    Step 11

    If it is too watery for you, add crushed ice and blend. Keep on until it's thick!

    Step 12

    Put on a lemon slice on, and enjoy!!!
