Start off with an old top that you will be able to cut up.
If the T-Shirt you're using is to tight, stuff it with pillows overnight to stretch the fabric!
Cut off the 'arms' at the seam, repeat the process on the other side.
Make sure to try the T-Shirt on. If you don't like how the sleeves look, cut it more.
Fold your shirt in half and use the cut sleeve as a template for the other side. Start cutting, then try it on!
Use your finger to tug around the un-even edges till you get a rolled sort of look.
Cut the bottom off near the seam .
Then use the same tugging method to create a rolled hem.
For a racer back, take some excess material and thread it through the sleeves.
At the back, tie a bow or knot with the material.
